Returns
The majority of our products are made to order or bespoke, as such we
do not take returns, unless the product is faulty and that fault is
the responsibility of Duffy London.
Minor imperfections due to the product being hand made by craftsmen
are not considered faults, these are what make the products individual
and are evidence of their exclusivity and that they are not just
another mass-produced piece.
Products made using customers own images and specifications cannot be refunded.
Products will need to be returned by the customer in the same
condition they were received before any replacement/refund can be
issued.
Customers must return faulty items within 14 days for replacement/refund.
All postage and courier charges are not reimbursable, carriage
reimbursement may be offered at the discretion of Duffy London.
