Delivery

Delivery to the UK mainland is included in the price you pay (with the exception of extreme locations, see below). When your order has processed with us, we will contact you to find out when you would like your goods shipped.
From start to finish we aim to make the delivery process as hassle-free as possible! Ombak believes in communication. We are a small team and are able to respond to our customers needs. When we contact you, we will work to your requirements. We understand people work and have commitments! We endeavour to use our own in-house driver for deliveries, however there may be the odd occasion where we have to use an external driver. All external drivers are fully briefed about Ombak's values and the customer service we expect!
It's our aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible, ideally within five to seven days, and usually sooner. If you need an item for a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your schedule.
We sell most items from stock, and you will be alerted if an item is not in stock and informed how long it may take for a stock delivery of that item. A signature will be required on delivery.
As standard, deliveries are carried out seven days a week at times that are mutually suitable. If you know you will not be available to receive your order, please feel free to nominate a different delivery address or details of a neighbour who will be happy to accept the delivery on your behalf.
