Kasimir isn't the largest cheese grater in the world but he is well made and very willing. The hedgehog cheese grater will grate cheese to a fine consistency; a perfect consistency to melt quickly and easily whenever it's needed.
Whether you need finely grated Parmesan for your pasta or cheddar for pizza's Kasimir the hedgehog cheese grater will be on hand to help.
Kasimir has a gently curved body so that when you're finished grating you end up with a nice neat pile of grated cheese.
P.s. Although designed to be a cheese grater Kasimir will also have a go at grating chocolate into fine pieces.
Kasimir is available in Orange and made from strong plastic.
