Description

Made during the 1920s, this Tibetan Two Drawer Low Table is magnificent to look at. The table is decorated with wonderful paintings right on the top surface.

These are designed with flowers, creams, greens and reds against various waves in black as well as grey. Its borders were once shiny gold but it has faded, giving it a beautiful aged appearance. There are even swastikas - which represented good fortune in Buddhism. The table itself is from Tibet and all of the paintings are still original and have not been retouched.

The drawers can be used for storage and they also open both ways making them very convenient. Use this for a coffee table inside your living room or place it in a special spot in your home.

Authentic Tibetan furniture today is quite rare, especially with paintings like this one. This would make an excellent addition to your home especially if you love antique furniture.
