If you find the same product at a lower price on a like-for-like basis, we’ll do our best to match or beat it. To request a price match, please email us with the following information:

1. Your name, email address and phone number.
2. The name and contact details of the retailer offering the lower price.
3. Evidence of the cheaper price, including a link to the website product page showing the lower price.

You should always contact us before making your purchase, as we may not be able to retrospectively match prices on items that have already been bought from us.

Qualifying products

Because the furniture market contains many low-quality imitations and unreliable retailers, we reserve the right to decline a price match in the following situations:

• Products we believe to be fake, imitations or seconds;
• Retailers selling on auction or third party websites such as eBay;
• Retailers based outside mainland UK;
• Products that are out of stock or have no guaranteed delivery date;
• Offers that we believe are not on a like-for-like basis, including where the actual price, product or delivery are unlikely to be as advertised, or where the service offered is likely to be substandard;
• All final price-match decisions are made at the discretion of Furnish.co.uk.
