Chinese Kang Style Coffee Table, Black Lacquer

The Kang Style Coffee Table in Black Lacquer delivers gorgeous style with a touch of Oriental design. Originally about a foot high, these were once daybeds that helped serve tea as well as food. It was popular in Chinese homes and are quite functional.

The one we have here at the shop features horse hoof feet including S- shaped stretchers which were showcased in the original piece as well.

This lovely piece is part of our Classical Chinese furniture collection and carefully handmade using elm wood. It comes in several major shades including light elm, warm elm and black lacquer. It's also possible to request a customized finish.
