Cross Legged Desk, Black Lacquer

Although not strictly a Ming Dynasty Design, it does feature elements popularly used in furniture during the period. The clean lines offer a rare beauty and exude a very Oriental style. The cross legs however, take the design up and beyond.

It transforms the table into a majestic, interesting piece worth checking out. The furniture comes with an hourglass shape on each end of the desk. At the top is a rattan inlay which contrasts beautifully against the dark lacquered wood.

Three drawers can be found at the centre portion, ideal for storing various small items like pens, pencils or paper. If you like it to be a bit more modern, we can provide a pull out keyboard shelf in place of the middle drawer. Just let us know upon ordering.

This is part of our Classical Chinese furniture range. It is made from beautiful reclaimed elm wood. Choose from major shades: warm elm or black lacquer finish. A custom finish is also possible and can be made to order.
